Yağmur Öztürk was born in Istanbul on January 1, 1999. She started her education and training in Istanbul. After graduating from high school, she continued her university education at Ege University, Department of English Language and Literature. After graduating from college, she modeled for a short time. Then she started taking acting lessons. Yağmur Öztürk received basic acting lessons, diction, announcer-presenter and front-of-camera training from Başkent Communication Sciences Academy.

Yağmur Öztürk started acting in the series for the first time in 2018 with the TV series "Forgive Me". In 2020, she gave life to the character of "Leyla" in the TV series "I Love You Once". Yağmur Öztürk is single and continues to work on TV series.
